1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how FairShot AI Ltd (“FairShot”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, fairshot.tech.

2. The data we collect

  • Contact and scheduling data: your name, email, and meeting details when you sign up for updates or book a meeting with us via our scheduling provider.
  • Content you send us: messages, enquiries, and attachments.
  • Technical data: anonymised, aggregated visit statistics via cookieless analytics (see Section 7).

3. How we use it and legal bases

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange meetings (legitimate interest in operating our business; steps prior to a contract).
  • Send product updates and marketing where you have signed up, with an unsubscribe option in every message (consent; legitimate interests with opt-out where permitted).
  • Understand aggregate website usage and keep the site secure and reliable (legitimate interests).

4. Sharing

We share website data only with the service providers that operate it — website hosting and analytics (Vercel), meeting scheduling (Cal.com), and email delivery (Microsoft 365) — under written data-protection terms. We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

5. International transfers

Some providers are US-headquartered and may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we use approved safeguards: adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK Addendum/IDTA.

6. Retention

Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not set cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects only anonymised, aggregated visit data that cannot identify you. Links to third-party sites (such as our meeting scheduler) take you to those providers’ own websites, where their privacy and cookie policies apply.

8. Your rights

Subject to conditions under UK/EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to processing (including to direct marketing), request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
