Role Description

You’ll be our first Founding Engineer - congrats!

You’re passionate about solving real-world problems and have a strong drive to build (and break) new things. You thrive on fast cycles - ship, learn, iterate, repeat - because you know that real insights come from putting features in front of users, not from endless planning.

You’ll have the opportunity to own our product end-to-end, not only making key architectural and design decisions, but also turning customer needs into concrete and tangible solutions. Building a new product is tough - it takes countless cycles and long hours of work before getting it right - but we trust you going the extra mile to build something truly impactful and one that will reward all your efforts

You’re a generalist with solid experience across the full web stack - but more importantly, you’re eager to learn new technologies and tackle new challenges. No two days will be the same — whether you’re recovering a crashed database or adding that crucial button that seals the deal, your contributions will always matter.

Key Skills

• Mid to senior full-stack SWE, 3 to 7 years of professional software development experience, with exposure to small/mid-size startups or, alternatively, FAANG-like companies. Strong technical executor (IC3 minimum - IC4 preferred), 1-2 years of experience as a tech lead is a plus

• Experience in full-stack web development (both front-end and back-end frameworks) is required. Experience with LLM workflows and cloud infrastructures (preferably AWS, alternatively GCP or Azure) is a plus

• Strongly motivated to join a pre-seed startup, with the opportunity to shape the technical direction and culture of the company

• Capable to execute in autonomy, ready to own the development of the product and make key decisions on its design and architecture

• Comfortable to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly, and willing to contribute across multiple areas (coding, DevOps, Data, AI, …)

• London based, available to work from the office 4+ days per week.
